The Upper Owens continues to fish well, respect spawning fish and target areas below flats. With Memorial day here, we have other areas that are now available for fishing. With this later opening the goal is to protect spawning fish. There will still be some active fish in the system so please be respectful of their process. Target actively feeding fish in areas below spawning trout.
